Good morning from the poconos! today's feature is an 8# pork shoulder cooking on an Oklahoma Joe. May everyone's Saturday be a smoke filled Saturday!

I'm hittin the stall at 147. Been here for an hr and a half. This may be a long one lol
 
Yea those pesky butts tend to mess with your time table every time!

Lately I've been smoking mine in the 270-280 range & the finish times are more predictable.

Also there is very seldom much of a stall if any.
