Picked up some beef rouladen at the commissary today.

Didn't feel like making the marinade from scratch, so i used some Pacific Mountain Farms Jerky Cure and Marinade.

Makes a very good jerky.

Into the marinade tomorrow, then heat to safe internal temps then dry in the MES, Saturday or Sunday.

What's your from scratch super secret recipe?
I don't like most of over the counter (jerky, sausage, etc.) seasoning blends due to the salt.
