So glad to be back home after several weeks up north. The Boston Butt was seasoned and placed in the refrigerator over night. Should be ready in 7 to 8 hours. Going to add some rib tips that I saved and vacuumed packed later on today. Finished pic later. 78 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Perfect beer drinking day and watching TBS! Using OAK wood and Royal Oak Briquettes.
