She's runnin' a little smokey right now, but that'll calm down soon and we'll have a nice butt for dinner.

I have a 40 day dry aged ribeye going in the kettle tonight.

Wife wanted a roast so I have an eye round with stuffed shrooms and mashed taters

Nothing today.  Yesterday I did Char Siu pork chops, so we still have one chop apiece for tonight.

It's a beautiful day here, so I'm taking Miss Linda and the hound out to the Brazeau Dam for a stroll down the sand.

Shredded so nice! Made some sammies with mac 'n' cheese then entered a food coma! Hope everyone has a nice week and is ready for next weekend's smoke!

Sadly I got started cutting down trees and ended up so sore that I didn't have the energy to do pizza.  Maybe next weekend which is supposed to be as nice as last.

I think I'm getting too old to be doing the billy goat thing on a hillside with a chainsaw
