I haven't posted much in the group for quite a while so I thought I would cook our lunch on the CG and share here.

The el cheapo charcoal basket loaded with Stubb's briqs-

 

 

One chimney of lit and a small chunk of very dry pecan-

 

Thighs are on-

The sauce is one that I make for pork and chicken. Cattleman's Classic does well with pulled chicken as well.
