Greetings all,
Beautiful day in this neck of the woods and I decided to use that to my advantage. Fired up both kettles- one for a chicken rotisserie and one for some salmon.

The chicken got hit with Malcom’s Jammin Jerk and spun over B&B hickory lump. One piece of salmon was seasoned with S&P and the other with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ. Both were quite delicious and it was great to be out in the sun with some smoke flowin!

Thanks for lookin all!
