Ended up turning out really good. Thanks Jeff. As usual most will be given away. Need to save some for that dish you like to make. I done using cherry chips and pellets. Very hard to get burning! I even heated in the toaster oven before loading. Spent a hour relighting every ten minutes. Than just went ahead and put ham in. Tried a few more times and after called it quits the last time it stayed lit.

Looks great Brian! Glad it turned out good. If you are talking about this casserole I created man it's so good! Look about half way down in the post for the second time I did it adjusting the quantity a bit on a few things.
