Damn nice Jeff, I have never done this....that will change. I made your cuban casserole and this would elevate it even higher.

I use it when I do the casserole. Lol I had so many friends want to donate for some of this that I need to get like 4 more so I can get some in the freezer.

I've never tried a pulled ham but you sure get great results Jeff!
And congrats on the ride!

Here is my sloppily written recipe. For the sweetener I suggest Brown Swerve as tips, Golden Lakanto for a more maple flavor and you can also just use a white sugar sub.

We double-smoke hams often...primarily because it is easy to feed a lot of people and more importantly, cuz we love double-smoked ham salad with the leftovers. Definitely going to through an extra ham in and give pulled ham a run after seeing this post. Very nice!

Yea I wish I'd have gotten more! I love double smoked ham salad too. I have two spiral sliced I'll do that with.

I’m late to the party on this one. The ladies at work I guess saw it somewhere and asked if I could do smoked ham for a potluck next week. so came here of course.
yours looks absolutely amazing. Gonna try to replicate that if I can.

That casserole is close to , if not my favorite one anymore. I need to do it more often.
