Found some tomahawk steaks at Sam’s Club that were marked down because they were going to expire in a day or two, about $10 off each. So I snagged them both and figured I’d give the COS a break and fired up the BGE.
Light trim around the edges and then some Killer Hogs Steak Rub.
On the BGE with Blues Hog lump charcoal at 250.
About 120 IT and pulled ‘em while the BGE fired up for the sear.
Couple minutes each side.
Let ‘em rest a bit.
