Here are a few pics of my finished buckboard and Canadian bacon. My Amish butcher calls the buckboard cottage bacon. I told him to try a little when he sliced and packed it for me. He said it was pretty good for an English LOL. Big grin he had confirmed its tasty. Ill fry some up for breakfast with eggs Thursday to celebrate being out of the office the rest of the year :)

Finally fried some up!! WOW, there will be many hundreds of pounds of this in our home moving forward.
