Oh, the sticks are in the smoker. One is a decently spiced style and the other is taco style, sans the tortillas. 15 pounds total.

Dear Ol Dave, you know me well... :laugh1:

I had forgotten that the spool of twine AND the stand for it jumped off the cabinet above the stove and went for a swim in a pot of my pulled pork gravy last weekend. And since I didn't truss my lomo or bresaola earlier this week, it didn't dawn on me until I stuffed the first stick last night.

Amazon delivery by 8 tonight...

All cut up and vac packed. Almost 15 pounds of meat became 11 pounds of very spicy snack sticks.

I mixed and matched the sticks, so no 2 bags will be the same.
