Great looking ribs, can almost taste em! Care to share recipe for Lemon poppy seed dressing?

Here you go, it’s just a variation my Mrs Cs lemon herb… Ie instead of thyme it gets poppy seeds. I will note Mrs C adjusts to taste as fresh lemon and shallots have different tones.

2C Extra Light Olive....NOT extra virgin.
3 Tbs each white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey
1 tsp each lemon zest
Poppy seeds 1-2 Tbs (to visual to cover)
1 Tbs Dijon
1 garlic clove
2 Tbs minced shallots
1/2 tsp kosher salt
 
This is such a nice cook! I've never done "the broil" afterward. Something Imma have to try!!

Many thanks bdc! The broil is very effective at the glazing without cooking it more….. ie most high end places have a salamander broiler to finish things up front and center to make them magical!
