Double Bone Porkchop Smoke With Q-view

These were for dinner last night. Very simple prep, just Extra Vergin Olive Oil, Corse Pepper, and Some salt. I hickory smoked them for about 3.5 to 4 hours. They turned out EXELLENT!!! Enjoy!!

Great smoke, thanks for the Q View. Well, I guess pork chops are now on my "To Smoke" list.

Very nice, nothing like a extra thick pork chop! What were they a pound and a half?

They were each a little over a pound. The store didn't have them on the shelf them so I had to make a deal with the butcher. He went back and cut them fresh. Came back out for the back holding a foam tray covered in clear plastic wrap to show off this wonderful sight to all the customers awaiting their turn. It felt pretty good to tell other customers that were waiting that I had a CUSTOM order and he would be up shortly.
