I recently had my somker set for selling some rib and "chorizo" tacos in Mexico for Easter celebrations
people are not familiar with smoked bbq so it was a tough sell, since everyone else had tacos for half the price, but we made a small profit, enough for a few new mods to the pit
I gladly share a photo of my rustic build, i appreciate your comments and questions
