Like said above , if you like keep it and just twek it , bit by bit..

Not cornbread , but if you like the corn flavor get some masa harina , and a box of pancake mix . I use 50 / 50 masa and box mix for pancakes and waffles .

That sounds like a good idea. Don't keep masa harina around the house but next time I see some I'll grab it and try this out.

What a horrible time in America...for sure

And that recipe doesn't have you add any salt if I read it right. I think recipes that call for zero salt comes from the "great salt freakout" period. Used to be eating butter was going to kill us, and we were told to eat trans fats instead...Eggs and avocados were killing us...now they are superfoods!

A little. It has a teaspoon of salt. I was lucky, my mom never fell for that. Always had salt and butter and meat and eggs on the menu. It has stuck with me, Hahaha!

I really enjoy cornbread and I’m not picky about store bought or homemade!
I’ll be trying your recipe 👍🏼looks like the real deal
