Hi all. I'm a Texan who moved to Florida about a year ago to be closer to my wife's parents. Shortly after getting settled I finally talked her into letting me buy a Big Green Egg and have been cooking on it ever since. I had previously just used offset smokers and I used them so often I ended up getting a new one every couple of years. Already tried Chef JJs family chicken brine recipe on short notice and it came out great so I figured I needed to join and keep up with all the great ideas and recipes. Looking forward to it.
