We made a last minute trip to my parents completely unprepared. Between my parents turkeys and the one I brought that we already had we were out of pans to brine them in. I ended up getting some turkey baking bags to brine it in and the plan was to put it one of the cheap cheap styrofoam coolers. Well made the brine and the first bag ripped so I put it in the second bag. My question is. If the bag rips inside the styrofoam cooler and it pretty much brines in the cooler instead of the bag, is that still good to eat or should I toss it?

Here's what I use to brine my turkey in...

Available at Walmart...

You're fine as long as you wash out the cooler before hand.
Styrofoam is also know as polystyrene. As indaswamp noted, coffee cups are made from polystryrene. Also about package of meat from the grocery store meat case comes on a polystyrene tray. The only difference is the density of the products.
