I mixed yesterday and baked today. Just out of the oven.

I'm getting the batard shape down.
This is a bake with starter that has not been fed in 4 days.

I been looking for a vintage roaster. My sister in TX found one for me. The lady was asking $125, my sis talked her down to $100.
I used it for this bake.

Came out looking pretty good. :emoji_thumbsup:

I bought 2 oval batards, but the bannetons got delayed so didn't get to use them when I was on my sourdough binge.
