Christmas prime rib, w/Q

Had a family member offer to buy the prime rib if I smoked it. Sounds like a win-win to me!

Got most of the snow off the trailer, but its still coming down! I really need to get the smoker painted, but I can't quit using it long enough to send it out to get blasted.

A little over an hour in, 63* and climbing. Just walked back in the house, and my 16 year old son told me I smell good.

I too, was forced into something else...smoked turkey.  Oh well, at least I got to smoke!

I've got a turkey to deep fry for the in laws tomorrow, but the prime rib tastes as good as it looks, and there's leftovers too!
