I haven’t posted in a while between Vacation, medical and end of work career and retirement and an extended trip including going to Memphis in May!. Been super busy will get back to posting more, anyway picked up a new combo rib and drumstick rack so figured I’d give it a go.

Thank you Jim and enjoying it so far that’s for sure
Legs are looking good...

For me... 5 more months or 1 REALLY BAD DAY ... Which ever comes first....
Thanks, JD with only five months to go even the bad days don’t seem as bad with that light at the end of the tunnel so to speak you’ll get there
That is some good looking chicken
Thank you Brian
Been procrastinating on getting a leg rack.
I got this one because it can do the drumsticks and then flip it over and it holds I believe five racks or so of ribs so it made more sense like I could use it for other things. I don’t usually cook a bunch of ribs, but I like the flexibility of it

Looks good bud . I apply seasoning the same as you did . Helps keep the fingers clean .
