My family is all in the area today, so we’re having 20 people at our place for supper tonight…I’m making pulled beef sandwiches and beef burnt ends from chuck roast…

Seasoned the pulled beef same as I did Here.

The burnt ends got an overnight marinade and it’s now on the OKJ aiming for somewhere between 225 and 250*

This is my second cook with my new INKBIRD ING14…I’m loving it so far, but still am using my ThermPro just to double check until I know I can trust the new one…so far they are running pretty close.

The three in front are for pulled beef, and the back two are burnt ends…

Will be doing progress reports throughout the day.

Into the stall, been hanging out at these temps for about an hour now, nice bark, and temps are fairly even…

Hit them with a heavy dose of sauce 2 with the Hot Head sauce and one with the KC Masterpiece. Kicked it up to almost 300 for a little to set up the sauce.

Took the pulled beef out and put in the oven @325*

One went in apple cider, and the other went into the veggie pan…the one in apple cider is not supposed to be as spicy for the benefit of the children …
