I found this site while seeking a solution for my Masterbuilt 7 in 1. Found a lot of great ideas.  I have been smoking with bullet smokers for the last 25 years. Started with a Brinkman charcoal and then moved to an electric. Been using the 7 in 1 for about 15 years? Love it it for camping. Thanks for all the help and recipes.

PS. Hope you all in colder climes fair well in the tough weather. Here in socal we are having are issues but nothing like you. Good luck, be safe.

Hello Phillip and welcome to the group! You've found a great place to share ideas on all things smoked, cured, grilled, etc. There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another. Looking forward to your input around here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
