Hey all I haven't been around in a while with work and the kids but the Missus surprised with with the above mentioned smoker for Father's Day.  Here is my situation....I am stationed in Italy and do not speak a word of Italian. 

If anybody is interested in participated in some kind of trade I would really like a charcoal basket.  

Can not send wine through the mail but I can send Oil, Olives, Lemoncello.

Anybody willing to accept send me a PM and let me know and we can work out the details.

Also any good analog thermometer recommendation's would be greatly appreciated, as this is my first venture into charcoal smoking.  Been using the GOSM propane and that has been rock steady but a little small to put a pig on.
