I soaked the cedar planks for about an hour. Sprinkled with killer hogs the bbq rub, and Kinders blackened seasoning.Added lemon and lime slices. On the gasser for about 25-30 minutes. On medium heat. Made fish tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a cucumber salad dressing. And of course some lime to squeeze on.
