I soaked the cedar planks for about an hour. Sprinkled with killer hogs the bbq rub, and Kinders blackened seasoning.Added lemon and lime slices. On the gasser for about 25-30 minutes. On medium heat. Made fish tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo, and a cucumber salad dressing. And of course some lime to squeeze on.

Very nice, this always reminds me of when I was a kid and we used to catch carp off a bridge that crossed the conewango creek. We would always throw them back in but joke, 'How do you eat a carp?' the answer was, smoke it on a pine board then eat the board.
