Looks really great. I know the steak and cake is the star but sweet potatoes are a perfect pairing here!

That is definitely the best part of a ribeye. I bought some Prime cap steaks from WildForkFoods a while back & they were delicious. Yours look fantastic & with those crab cakes, wow what a meal!

Yep i agree! At least finished out on grain. And man your lucky! Split a steak and get the best part every time!

Those look great. I love the Rib Eye Cap meat the best. The Cap Steaks are not available around here. But I was drooling over some 10 oz Wagyu Cap Steaks from Snake River. Pretty spendy meat!...JJ
