The wife went to help the boy move into college in North Dakota today. A perfect opportunity to fire up the Griswold, get some serious smoke and spicy goin. I have been using the Tones Cajun spice as a blackening, it works well and tastes great. No reverse sear here... just a good ol Griswold black iron fryin pan with some smokin hot butter. It turned out tender and juicy, medium rare. Really good! So good I just might have to have another one tomorrow night . Thanks for looking!
