The wife was out of town so I whipped up a Costco New York on the trusty old Griswold using Tones Cajun.

Looks great,but I'm trying to figure out why the A-1 is out? I think curly fries are tasty got a couple free bags of the regular fries seasoned the same way for free if I had a steak I would follow your lead!
