Hi guys,

Long time since I've posted anything here, very long time ... So here's a beer can chicken, which to be honest is not quite a beer can one, but rather a beer ceramic base. This base you can get on Amazon for about 20$, and then just use your favourite liquid in there - beer, apple cider, chicken stock or what not...

Guinness beer in the base, 1 hour smoke on cherry pellets (I have the GMG Jim Bowie), on 350F (180C). Time depends on the size of a bird - these were mini-dinos, almost 6 lb each! No injections or anything under the skin - just some good massage with EVO and a sprinkle of spice rub.

Looks tasty! I made one just this past week on my new Kamado Joe Classic II. Not sure if it was the kamado or I just got lucky, but in all honesty this was, with a doubt, the most moist and flavorful chicken that I've EVER had. Was your's super-moist and tender too? I can't want to try another one and see if I get the same results.
