Beef burgers with diced up white onion and garlic, mustard powder and tarragon.
Cheddar cheese melted on top (from our favourite cheese monger). I put grainy mustard (Maille) and corn relish on mine. For those curious, I only use 1/2 tsp of tarragon for 1 lb of meat and gives a nice flavour but no licorice taste.
Grilled tater tots as a side.
