Back In Action - Ribs, Loin, Fatty & Dessert Balls

  1. FINALLY!!!  [​IMG]   [​IMG]   [​IMG]   [​IMG]   [​IMG]       [​IMG]

    It's been WAY TOO LONG!  [​IMG]

    Ok - here's the lineup... Ribs, pork loin, a fatty & an as of yet undetermined dessert  [​IMG]

    The ribs are the first to go in.


    Coated with rub.


    I got the trusty AMNPS going with some oak pellets.


    & put it in the housing I made for it - my version of the "mailbox Mod"...


    & the ribs go in the MES 30.

    WOOHOO!!! I'll be looking for some fine Q-view later! I see your not holding back at all and jumping in with your usual loaded up mega smoke [​IMG]   I see a pork shortage in our near future now that your back at it Jeremy!
