We do em similar, mix sweet baby rays, and same amount of sonny's sweet, salt pepper, and then when we wrap em, lay 1 can of sauerkraut on foil, lay the ribs on the kraut, sprinkle brown sugar on the ribs, ( not too much) add the bbq sauce, wrap up, then you can finish on a gas grill, but we serve em on the kraut ....
next time we make em, i will take a pic .........
