I keep wanting to do what you got pulled off but haven't come across any skin on bellies in my area. I liked your method especially the trick on the gas grill. When I do find skin on belly I will be re-referencing this thread.

Thanks for liking the post. It was fun to do the belly this way. I have been trying different smokes and cooks. And when looking for the best skin. This way worked perfectly.
And the trick on the Q with the rack was the best way so the fat or liquid did not pool or run across the skin and keep it moist.

Hope it works out when you find a belly with skin on it. post up when you do.
