Any good waterproof thermometers?

I know this sounds like an odd question...but apparently I am the mastAr of getting done with my smoke and leaving the effing meter outside. It also invariably rains afterwards and POOF! no more temp probe. I've done this three times and I think I spend as much on the probe type meters and I do in lump. Or can someone make me a sign or magnet that says "HEY IDIOT!!!! DON'T FORGET THE THERMOMETER!!!"

Or use an umbrella or canopy?

Or you drill a couple of holes in a plastic container & put the therm inside & run the wires through the holes. The Mav. 732 says it's waterproof. Don't know how much water it will take though.

Pop Up's are cheap these days!  This is what I use in my backyard when there is a chance it will rain while I am smoking anything!

Yep they are cheap I bought one at a yard sale for 10 bucks the other day...I`d go with the pop-up...

EZ UP... it's and instant shade tent that folds up for portabilty and storage...

These are the better ones... they do have cheaper versions... but you get what you pay for
