Yes.

PID holding steady at 130* for just about an hour. Have the other 5 programs set to my normal.

My 2 most used tubes for sticks.
Both are OD

Left 1/2"
Right 3/8"

Make sure your stuffer can handle a 3/8" tube, a broken gear or blown out middle plunger is no fun.

Past couple times firing up the smoker i have had a small swarm of bees. Using hickory. Hat to kill em because we need the bees. No not hornets or wasps. These are Honey Bees.

What casings are you using? I’ve been happy with 16mm mahogany collagen out of a 1/2” pipe...

I use ICR collagen casings out of Eyota, MN But i get a better deal on the caddy from Dupey Equip in Clive Iowa. They are from ICR. Tender bite Premium Gold collagen. Sometimes they dont have 15mm so you have to ask.
