Skirt Steak and Kent's Cowboy Beans

I was watching Cowboy Kent's new video on his Cowboy Beans and thought I have what I need to make it. I had a nice skirt steak I picked up. It was only 93F today so it was cool enough to go outside and cook it up.

Beans in the cast iron dutch oven, like it is supposed to be.

It's done.

The plate. Beans, steak, toast with black current jam and Honeycrisp apple slices.

Nail the skirt steak! Beans look good. I a big Kent fan. Just watched his wife family secrete spaghetti recipe. Was nice seeing her in front of the camera.

1:30am and I can't sleep. My tummy is growling like crazy. Made myself chicken and skirt steak tacos.

That cook, cutting board presentation and the meal in whole was spot on! Very nicely done and a well deserved spinner ride!

And as my ol buddy Foam would say… you even used the fine china!
