SPOG plus paprika and some oak and apple wood. Super hot today and it’ll be in the sun this afternoon so it may be tough to keep it at 250.

Don't worry too much about the temps going higher. They'll just get done a little quicker.
I've never hung a rack like that but it looks interesting.

Dang for the reduced price I would have bought every rack they had. St Louis are the best of both worlds but I admit I love my rib tips from spareribs.

I picked up six that time. These are the last ones from the freezer.
