Central PA food nut. Been cooking since I was pre-school. Required to do so as a kid. Enjoy the process as much as the results. Even enjoy a failure from time to time if I learn something. Career in many techs, and DIY'er in nearly every tech I've ever come in contact with. New to smokers and smoking, curing, et al. But hav'n fun with it! Love brew'n beer too.
