Hello, new to smoking meat and this forum.  I bought a Masterbuilt electric smoker (the one with the digital temp and meat probe.) for mostly chicken and beef, because that is what my wife likes to eat.  I look forward to reading some good information and getting started making my own delicious food.  Thanks!

Aloha! You'll like it here. You can't do real Huli-Huli chicken on the Masterbuilt, but can do a reasonable facsimile.
