Got 3 more of these racks from Ollie's. 6 bucks. Had another keg lying around and took the stainless tube out of it. Tube was only 20" long so I made some extenders. Found a 3/4 dowel in a corner in the basement also. Got three levels of cook space now.
These racks are great aren't they.. I cut some of the Q matz (http://www.amazenproducts.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=46) down to fit each rack.. use a bread tie (tear the paper off) to hold the mat to the grate ... keeps the smaller pieces of jerky from falling through ...
Love the Q Matz. Got a couple. These racks work well with the foil pans also.
You'll be fighting for those Q mats this year......lol
I have a couple. Might let you use one.
Did a little mod on the fan mount. Found that I needed a little adjustability. I can now slide it it side to side and rotate it a little. Gives me better air control.
Been wanting a fold down shelf on the side. Had to figure out how to make it out of free stuff.

I might paint it later. Thinking of mounting a piece of Lexan on it.

On the new shelf so I don't get splinters.
A little new addition. Have to have paper towel at the ready so I made this.
good idea. just dont leave it out in the rain......
I don't usually leave it out in the rain. Even though I have that nice roofing.
Added a rotisserie to the gasser. Cooked a chicken for a test. It came out great.
MMMMmmmmm..... I could eat some of that Bird!!!
