Thank you very much, Rich.Get some tubed . They've been pre flushed before going on the tube . So you just need to rinse and soak . The instructions say 10 minutes . Soaking longer makes them softer , but this would be a good bet for what you want to do .
I've been buying from Syracuse . I don't like the tubed for hog casings , but they work for the smaller size sheep .
Look under the tab " everything you need to know "
Read the Faqs , and look at the instructions for use . He also talks about his home packs are the same quality as the hanks , not shorts .

I'll check it out tonight, I need to quit procrastinating and order some up.
It would be nice to have some homemade sausage doe Turkey day dressing and cold weather meals. I love this time of year. even though we don't really have four seasons out here in Kali. Where I live we get summer and fall, we rarely get winters out here.
I don't want to have to shovel snow out of the driveways, but a little dusting a few times a year would be nice. I can drive up to Lake Tahoe and be knee deep in the stuff in three hours when I need a winter fix. I can't ski anymore, but I'm great at sitting at the bar near the ski lifts watching the snow bunnies while drinking a hot toddy though.
