Here's my first attempt at fatties. I must admit, there was a learning curve to rolling them. The bacon weave fatty is maple pork sausage, filled with pan fried shredded hash browns, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, cheese. Yummy breakfast today. The other is ground beef, filled with leftover pulled pork, bbq sauce, onions, cheddar cheese. That was dinner last night served with mac n cheese bites. This smoking thing is becoming an addiction.
