sat in the cooler for an hour and a half, fell apart, super moist,spot on flavor, our guests loved it .also made up a batch of jeffs bbq sauce tuned to our liking and only touched one butt,gonna bring the other one with me tomorrow night for dart night 15 guys drinking beer never even seen a dart game get finished, bet the pulled pork gets finished
