My name is Scott from St Paul, MN, Been reading for awhile in prepping to buy a smoker this spring. A family member gave me a used charbroil smoker (not the kind I was going to buy).... So know I need to learn a thing or 6! Love the info on this site and thanks for all of your time.

Hi Eddie - welcome to the forum. There are a lot of us here who cold smoke and it will be great to see how you are getting on. Please post up some photos of the build 

. Have you done much smoking before? What are you planning on smoking in the new smoker? If you have already done a lot of smoking then we would love to learn from your experiences, if not then please do not be afraid to ask questions as we are here to help.
