First off thank you goes out to Bearcarver and everyone’s threads for the inspiration to do this!!

132* for 19hrs
2.75lbs
Seasoned with CBP, Onion powder and Garlic powder.

I had planned to sear it after but today ran long for me so we went straight from SV to plate. It was fork tender and tasted phenomenal! The wife said it tased like prime rib :) I can’t wait to sear off the remaining chunk tmrw, probably will be over cooked......or maybe just use the rest for sandwiches?

Nutt , looks good . I have not done a eye round start to finish in SV yet . I had some left over slices that were smoked , then re heated sv . Used it for beef and broccoli . I cooked everything else , then added the beef . Came out great ( it was already good ) . You could use the left over for all kinds of meals , just don't cook past were it's at .

Looks delicious!! I’m smoking an eye of round tomorrow.

Thinking about doing the other half(near3lbs) in the smoker, never smoked one before! Just so lean....

Looks like it turned out just right. That first slice looks like it suffered a carnivore attack. :emoji_astonished:

I have an Inkbird unit on the way. Anxious to give it a test drive.

Sliced thin they make fantastic sammies!
And yours looks real good!
