Rain and plenty of it. Started on side dish meats, veggies and a small butt for p p nachos. Forethought on my outside shower project left me with a comfortable dry area for my hybrid. Worked out real well. On with ABT's and a selction of salsa's with grilled tortilla chips for late lunch. Enjoy.

Looks great. I love that hybrid setup. Weather sure is nice today (at least up here in Sussex County).

Off we go, firing up after fresh jersey blueberry pancakes and smoked fatty. Ribs are rubbed and beverages are poured. Happy 4TH.** * ****

Hope everyone satisfied their guests and enjoyed themselves this 4th. 1st time traveling with hybrid since finishing it up. Worked out real well and everyone enjoyed the food that came off it.

Gave it a good clean and smoked up st louis trims that I froze last week. Some ribs for lunch tommorrow, scraps for beans and some pulled rib nachos. Till next 4th.

I like the first pics too! I saw all that food and the rainy weather and I immediately assumed you had a killer case of the munchies! Lol

Cooked for 6 most of the holidays. Daughter did breakfast's and pesto dish, I covered the rest. Munchies yes, better cooking thru mother nature.
