Happy belated B-day, Chile.
Dang it! Those ribs are purdy.
But, those taters almost stole the show.
Much appreciated!
The ribs were pretty standard fare, the glaze made the one rack special.
But "Hell Yeah", those spuds stole the show.
Everybody liked them, but several stated that, "I was to make these again!"

Looks and sounds amazing. Happy birthday bud. Got some spares on the smoker right now. Looking forward to when you post a recipe for yours

Thanks Jake!
Spares? What are those?
You'll never get my recipe for Spares, Bwahaha! :emoji_stuck_out_tongue:
I'm a St. Louis guy and have never cooked a rack of Spareribs.

A top notch meal as always my friend! Everything looks sooo tasty! Chili Mango ribs I have to try now! And them taters… being from russet country… them will be made and soon! Thanks for sharing!

Happy Belated B-Day!

Wow....you went and done it again my friend!! That all looks and sounds spectacular. Sounds like a very nice late b-day. Icing on the cake is that you got your spice kick but the soft-mouths also enjoyed it. A true win-win situation sir.

Robert
