    Smoke Daddy info

    Just came across Smoke Daddy product that you can attach to a pellet grill for extra smoke. Anybody use these? Im wanting to add more smoke flavor to my cooks. I tried the Amezen smoke tube. Hard to keep it lit. Looking for other alternatives. Any advice on the Smoke Daddy please tell. Thanks.

    Smoking 2 pork steaks tonight. Rubbed down with yellow mustard and some dry rub I kinda put together. Some all purpose pork rub, apple smoked rub,paprika,and black pepper.     Went and got me 5lbs of crab legs. Gonna smoke them at 250° on the wood pellet grill for around 30min brushing melted garlic butter on every 10min. Along with jumbo grilled shrimp and a loaded baked potato!

    Smoking meat at 140°?

    My pellet smoker like to smoke at 140 to 150. After awhile I turn it on cook mode at like 225. Is this dangerous. I did ribs yesterday at 135 to 145 for 3hrs on smoke before I turned it up to 225. Is this safe? Please any info.. thanks

    Beef Brisket questions..

    Its says on the Treager recipe website to turn Treager on smoke mode for 4hrs before turning onto cook mode. What temp is okay for 4hr and wha is dangerous for 4hrs. I have a chargriller wood pellet pro and on smoke mode it gets as low as 110°. Should I just use my AMNS tube @ 225° right away?
