Beer can burgers! Form pattie around a can fill the hole with cooked toppings of your choice melt some cheese on to finish.

I would be careful of your smoking Temp.

Got this from a Master:

Cold Smoking Burgers is no issue in the Winter or when the weather temp is below 40°. But not more than an hour between 40 and 70°F and NEVER if the temp is above 70°F. Bacteria multiply super fast above 70°and although if cooked well done there are still some bacteria that generate toxins that are heat stable. And eating these burger rare is Dangerous...JJ

Smoked burgers, stuffed smoked burgers, beer can burgers all super tasty.

Try different grinds of meat. Elk, buffalo, venison, pork, turkey, so good!

A smoked burger is how I got my vegetarian wife converted back to eating meat!
