Why don't more pellet grills come with a searing station like Camp Chef Woodwinds?

I've been researching pellet grills and initially settled on trying a Recteq but just found the Camp Chef Woodwinds. The sear box and sidekick attachments seem to add a lot of functionality to the grill but am kind of baffled as to why more manufacturers don't have similar propane attachments. Seems like a great way to perform your reverse sear right on the grill. With that said I've never actually used a pellet grill, am I missing something?
 
I would imagine that they feel their smoke chamber temps can go high enough to sear properly. I like the sear box option that can go as high as 900 degrees. Most smokers can only get to about 500 to 600 degrees which is not hot enough to properly sear for me.
 
Plus if you're cooking your steak low then want to reverse sear you have to pull the steak and wait for your grill to reach full temp which doesn't that take up to 10-15 minutes? I thought of just starting small with a Recteq Bullseye which has the riot mode that gets up to 650-700 but got to thinking if I would really want to wait for the grill to heat up for the reverse sear.
 
My Pitboss has flame searing, I have a gas grill that can get to 600+ but really, I don't always care for the burnt flavor of a char on the seasonings I am wanting the meat to take on.
